Dániel Takács
Daniel is a seasoned transaction specialist with broad experience in advising leading companies in the real estate development, conventional and renewable energy, and fintech sectors. He combines a solid understanding of key industries with a creative and uncompromising approach to structuring, negotiating, and executing deals. Clients value Daniel’s sharp insights and out-of-the-box ideas and often include him in the decision-making process.

Mark Bene
Mark focuses on advising clients in complex financial, M&A, and real estate transactions as well as regulatory risk management. He has advised on high-value financial transactions including several corporate bond issues and debt refinancing. Mark also regularly advises stakeholders on legal issues related to the organization and financing of major international sporting events.
He holds an LLM degree in international business law from Queen Mary University London. Prior to founding BT Legal, he gained international experience in Brussels and across the CEE region working for leading global companies, such as Microsoft, Facebook, TikTok, and BAT.
